Tues
Bike: 1 Hour. Work on Form

Weds
Swim: 1 Hour. Work on Form

Thurs
Run: 30 Mins. Work on Form

Fri
Swim: 1 Hour. Work on Form

Sat
Bike: 25 Miles

Sun
Run: 30 Mins / Hills
